Mtd troy bilt no click no start safety switch issue

I'm not a boiler technician please refer to the NTI videos which are available here on YouTube for any technical knowledge. its 2025 and My setup has now been running nearly flawlessly since 2009. I have a few previous videos regarding this boiler but overall I think the quality here has been excellent and I was surprised to find that the overall issue here has nothing to do with the boiler it has everything to do with the take Sr 506 - EXP Zone controller

After hours of trying to figure out what was wrong with the boiler I finally figured out that there was an intermittent signal coming from this own controller that while the zone controller was telling the circulators to RUN the issue was the that it was not calling for the boiler to run regularly and was overall sending an intermittent signal to the boiler And all because there were some solder joints in the zone controller that had failed

Again I am not a boiler technician so please do not take this as advice for how to fix a boiler and refer to the NTI YouTube channel for their specific advice
